The challenge
Running a vending fleet means juggling machines across locations, stock levels, driver routes, payments, and the numbers, usually across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. There is no single place to see what is selling, what is empty, and where the money is going.
The goal was one platform that turns a fleet of connected machines into a business an operator can actually run.
